Where does Max travel?
All of LA County, plus most of Orange County (additional travel fee may apply outside Greater LA). Drop your zip in the form and we'll confirm.
What if I just want acoustic panels, not a full custom build?
Use the Smart Wall Planner for our pre-built panel packages — no consultation needed. The custom consultation is for full media walls (TV, lighting, shelving, credenza, the whole feel).
Do I get my $50 back if I don't book the project?
The $50 covers the visit, materials, and design time. If you move forward within 30 days, the full $50 is credited toward your final invoice. If you don't, no further charge — Max walks back with the samples and that's it.
How fast can you actually come?
Usually within 3–7 days, often sooner. We pull from your top 3 time slots and confirm by phone or email within 24 hours of booking.
